Official Rules for the “Discover Magical Moldova in Duet with Apriori Wine” Campaign.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
The “Discover #MagicalMoldova in Duet with Apriori Wine” Campaign (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) is organised by SC “Consalcom” SRL (hereinafter referred to as the “Sponsor”), with its registered office at 2 Uzinelor Street, Chișinău, 1003600122359, legally constituted and represented by Director Adrian Pascaru.

A. The Contest is available to residents of the Republic of Moldova who have reached the age of majority (18 years old). Minors are not permitted to participate. Participants are eligible to win one (1) contest every thirty (30) days.
B. During the Contest, the Sponsor will gather participants' personal information through the website https://apriori.wine/concurs/.
C. The Sponsor will collect personal data such as email address, phone number, full name, and receipt number. Participants' personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of validating the Contest entry and for contacting the winner.
D. În cazul câștigului, validarea câștigătorilor va fi executată prin prezentarea buletinului de identitate sau a oricărui act legal care autentifică identitatea participantului (pașaport sau permis de conducere) și prin prezentarea bonului și/sau facturii fiscale care servește drept dovadă a procurării produselor brand-ului Apriori Wine.
E. Except where prohibited by law, the Winner grants the Sponsor the right to use and publish their photograph and correct name to promote the Contest without any additional compensation.
F. Participation in the Contest constitutes the Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, and the Participant consents to being contacted by phone and/or email.
G. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or amend the Contest if fraud or any other factor compromises the integrity of the Campaign, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

CAMPAIGN PERIOD
The Campaign Period for the Contest begins and ends as specified in the designated materials. Entries received before or after the Promotion Period will be disqualified. The Campaign will begin on June 20, 2024, at 00:00 and end on September 22, 2024, at 23:59, local time in the Republic of Moldova.

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION / ELIGIBILITY
A. To enter the Contest, participants may purchase any Apriori Wine product (sparkling wine / wines) from any store network across the entire territory of the Republic of Moldova.
B. Participants may enter the Contest during the Promotion Period by accessing and completing the registration form at https://apriori.wine/concurs/. Participants will follow the on-screen instructions and complete the online registration form. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that entries are submitted in a timely manner. No entries will be accepted after the deadline.
C. Participants must keep the receipt/invoice as proof of purchase and enter the receipt number along with their personal details on the website https://apriori.wine/concurs/ for validation in the event of a win. The receipt must have a date of issuance within the Contest Period from 20.06.2024 to 22.09.2024.
D. Receipts will be considered valid only if the Apriori Wine brand name is listed among the purchased products.
E. There is no limit to the number of entries in the Contest. Multiple entries from the same individual are allowed. Each entry must be accompanied by a separate, unique receipt number confirming the purchase of an Apriori Wine product. Entries with the same receipt will not be accepted. Participants who repeatedly submit the same receipt will be disqualified at the Sponsor’s discretion.
F. Participants will not incur any additional fees to enter the Contest, except for the costs required to purchase Apriori Wine products.
G. The Contest can only be accessed through the methods designated during the Promotion Period. No other methods of entry will be accepted.
H. The chances of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

THE PRIZES
The Contest will award the following prizes:

Prizes (and/or any part thereof) are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. No refunds or credits will be issued for any changes. No substitutions or cash redemptions of any prize are permitted, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or any part thereof) with a prize of comparable or greater commercial value (or, at the Sponsor's discretion, the cash value of the prize) at its sole discretion. Additional restrictions may apply.

SELECTION/NOTIFICATION OF THE WINNER
A. Potential winners will be selected through a random draw conducted in accordance with the instructions provided on the Facebook social media platform and will be contacted at the sole discretion of the Sponsor via email and/or phone. In case the selected winner does not respond to the notification within 7 days, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner through another random draw.
B. To Validate the Prize, the Sponsor Will Request the Winner to Provide an ID and the Registered Receipt. In order to validate the prize, the Sponsor will require the Winner to present a valid ID and the receipt registered in the Contest. The Sponsor reserves the right to take up to 3 days to verify the receipt number registered.
C. The prize will be awarded to the Winner within 1 week after their details have been processed and validated following the announcement of the win.
D. The Sponsor’s decisions regarding all matters related to the administration of the Contest and the selection of the Winner are final. The potential Winner must adhere to all terms and conditions specified in these Official Rules, and the awarding of a prize is contingent upon meeting all requirements. If the potential Winner cannot be contacted within a timeframe deemed reasonable by the Sponsor, but not less than twelve (12) hours after the initial attempt to reach them, another participant will be randomly selected from all eligible entries
E. The Winner must be of legal age in their jurisdiction of residence.
F. The prize pickup location will be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Transportation to/from the venue is not included and is the sole responsibility of the winner.
